• Construction of Project’s largest Residential building M2 of total built up area 35,000 m2, the building is composed of 2 basement floors and 5 residential floors with 260 apartments.
• Turnkey construction of building B6, the building is composed of 1 basement floor and 5 residential floors with 160 apartments.
• Scope of work: Includes all civil, architectural finishing, MEP works, infrastructure and landscaping. Construction of project’s main commercial area with a 20,000 m2 artificial lake and hardscape.
